6:00pm – ChickenFat Klezmer Orchestra is a Chicago-based klezmer band that brings a fun, energetic mix of traditional Jewish dance music and global folk influences. Formed in 2008 by klezmer-loving musicians who met through the Old Town School of Folk Music, the band blends klezmer with Balkan, Mediterranean, Sephardic, Israeli, and Yiddish theater songs, with material sung in Ladino, Yiddish, Hebrew, and Russian. Itβs lively, festive, old-world party music with a big Chicago spirit.

7:00pm – Some Years Later is a Chicago rock band formed in 2005 by singer-songwriter Robert Patrick, along with guitarist Mike Pantazis and percussionist Robert Anthony, later joined by bassist Lee Casino. Their sound leans into melodic, guitar-driven original rock with classic-rock muscle, alternative edge, and big singalong hooks. Over the years, theyβve shared stages with acts including Kansas and Enuff ZβNuff, bringing a seasoned Chicago bar-band energy built for loud rooms, strong choruses, and a crowd ready to rock.

8:00pm – Caro Granner is a Chicago-based indie folk singer-songwriter from Evanston, writing lyrical, nostalgic, and heartfelt songs rooted in folk, bluegrass, musical-theater storytelling, and sharp modern indie songwriting. Her music blends warm vocals, honest lyrics, and a soft-but-clever emotional edge, drawing comparisons to artists like Phoebe Bridgers, Samia, Jensen McRae, Christian Lee Hutson, and Andy Shauf. She records and performs original indie folk music, with songs available on Bandcamp, and also performs with her full band for a bigger, richer live sound. She brings her full band to the Saloon’s stage.
